From my own experience as well as a long self-development and self-caring practice, I developed this Qigong and the moon course. A course in which you learn to strengthen yourself. Preserve your youth and keep your body and mind healthy. By giving your immune system a strong help.

In order to achieve this I studied several courses such as Chinese medicine, acupuncture, bodywork, psyche, constellations et energetic work. Qigong kept crossing my path regularly all those years. When, ten years ago, Medical Qigong came into my life, I started to feel even more how powerful this technique was.

I immediately felt that this was even more powerful than anything I had learned before.

The pieces of the jigsaw puzzle gathered.

Now this is about strengthening your immune system, growing old preserving your vitality and health. That is why I studied to become a master in Medical Qigong in the U.S.A.. I still go back to America several times a year to increase my knowledge.

What is Qigong ?

Qi” represents the Chinese concept of vital energy; “Gong” means both “art” of “skill”. Qigong maybe translated by “mastering and working with vital energy”.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese theory of movement in which the blocked body energy is freed thanks to fluid movements. In order to revitalise your vital organs specific postures and motions are taught and integrated during the course.

When you start working with Qigong silent and fluid movements, feel what it does to you and the amount of energy it brings you. It increases your immunity, improves your vitality, your health and brings peace and serenity. Qigong is good for people of all ages.

You give your body the benefice of feeling the energy flow within and remaining healthy in winter as well.

Each week we work together for 45 minutes.

  • Have I not become too old for this ?

You are the one who decides how old you are. The birth year on your passport does not matter, what matters is how old you feel. Age is only a number !

Besides, I have acquired knowledge not only about level of energy, but also about the body and the mental state. Thanks to my years of study and practice I was awarded a Master of Medical Qigong.

  • Should I wait year next ?
